FORBES RESIDENCES WINS AT THE 2025 AIA AWARDS

On Friday 13th June 2025, WOHA Architects and MJA Studio won The Harold Krantz award for Multiple Housing at the Australian Institute of Architects 2025 WA Architecture Awards for Forbes Residences in Applecross.

The following was noted by the Jury: “Forbes Residences sets a new benchmark for medium-density living, with its thoughtfully stepped podium and carefully articulated upper volumes, that integrate landscaping and ensure abundant natural light and ventilation. Sensitive to its suburban context, the design team has balanced density, sustainability, and community spaces—creating a harmonious, forward-thinking development that enhances its surroundings.”
