Turning of the Sod
Mustera Property Group has celebrated an important milestone at Verse on McCabe, marking the commencement of construction with an official turning of the sod ceremony on Friday 31st July.
Located at 15 McCabe Street, North Fremantle, Verse on McCabe will comprise 42 architecturally designed residences, including a limited collection of three penthouses. The development brings together generous layouts, refined natural materials and sweeping views across the Swan River to East Fremantle and across North Fremantle to Leighton and Cottesloe Beach.
Mustera appointed Thomas Building to construct the project, with completion anticipated in mid 2028.
Mustera Managing Director Nicholas Zborowski said the ceremony represented an exciting step forward for the development.
